I travel extensively and I’m motivated, primarily, by archaeology, architecture, antiquity, and culture. Every trip is designed to capture the essence of world civilization, in its ancient and present form. I look for the “out of the norm” destinations, targeting a desire to visit as many archeological sites as possible in my lifetime. Capturing the essence of surrounding culture is of prime importance. It’s reflection of how ancient civilizations have evolved into contemporary life, and in most cases, give direction to traditions, religions and day-to-day social activities. Photography gives me that tool to work with in preserving images that portray this fascinating story.
